No appointments needed! We work on a first come first basis.
However we will end the line 15 minutes before the event finishes if lines are long to make sure we stay on time for the rest of the day. We also reserve the right to cancel/reschedule for excessive heat, cold, and extreme storms for the safety of clients, pets, and staff.

The Vaccine Van Rules of the Road
- All dogs must be on leash and puppies need to be off the ground.
- All cats must be in a secure cat carrier.
- As the owner your pet is your responsibility. Let's keep everyone safe.
- If your dog is aggressive please place a muzzle on your pet. For our safety, if you cannot restrain your pet we will ask that you go back to your primary care vet for vaccines and/or calming meds for another day.
- Please bring proof of previous records so we know which vaccines your pet needs and when.
- Be kind to staff and fellow pet owners.
- Any rudeness or threatening behavior will NOT be tolerated and you will be asked to leave.
